Who's next to join the Potters?

Who's next to join the Potters?

The transfer window is open and the rumour mill is turning as Stoke build up for the next big push.

IN
Already in the can:

Salif Diao (free agent)
Danny Pugh - Preston North End (£500k)

Reasonable certainties:
Leon Cort - Crystal Palace (£1m+?)
Ryan Shawcross - Manchester United (£1m+?)
Andy Griffin - Derby (£???)

Just the rumour mill for now:
Glenn Whelan - Sheffield Wed (Has been talked about since last summer)
Stelios Giannakopoulos - Bolton (£750k?, Megson is a big mate of TP, so who knows..)

OUT
Those possibly on their way out of the Brit:

Clint Hill - Crystal Palace (has had a good loan spell at Palace)
Peter Sweeney - Leeds (Stoke have agreed terms)

I'll keep this updated as the month progresses. If you've got any other rumours why not add them below.
