Wilko aiming for quick comeback

Wilko aiming for quick comeback

Andy Wilkinson, who was injured during the Potters' clash with Colchester last weekend, is hoping to be fit for the visit of Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 20th October.

The defender was forced off after a clash with a U's player during the match and needed nine stitches in a leg wound. He's hoping to be passed fit to return to training by the end of this week and be able to have a full week of training before the league resumes after the current international break. Wilko has impressed Pulis this season and earned himself a starting position in the last three games.
