Martin back at the Brit?

Reports are linking the Potters with Manchester United youngster, Lee Martin as Pulis continues to look to strengthen the midfield.

Tony Pulis travelled to Old Trafford on Tuesday to cast an eye over Manchester United's youngsters as they were soundly beaten 2-0 by Coventry in the Carling Cup. Martin played in the game and Pulis would now doubt be interested in any opportunity to take Martin after he impressed everyone with a good loan stint at the Brit last season. Fellow Red, Ryan Shawcross said that it was positive comments from Martin that persuaded him to join on loan last month and said at the time that Lee would like the chance to come back to the Potteries. With no further interest in the Carling Cup, Ferguson may be willing to consider loaning out some of his younger players rather than letting them sit on the sidelines.
