Higgs leads the way
Stoke City captain, Danny Higginbotham leads the pack in the Vital Stoke poll for the Player of the Season.
Danny has been an influential member of Stoke's solid defence this season after joining from Southampton last summer. He was promoted to captain when Michael Duberry left to join Reading in January and has impressed fans with his leadership qualities that some felt Duberry had been lacking.
Last year's Vital Stoke poll winner, Carl Hoefkens, is in second place and Ricardo Fuller in third.
