FA Cup 4th round draw

Whilst any Stoke fan daren’t look beyond Tuesday week’s replay with Tamworth as our track record against potential giant-killers is not renowned, it's hard not to sneak a sideways glance at today’s FA Cup 4th round draw.

Stoke were first out of the bag to face another unglamorous and therefore tricky home tie against either Barnsley or Walsall.

If (and that is a big IF) we can pull ourselves together and play as we know we can, then these must be seen as winnable games and our best chance to progress for many a year.

Let’s just hope that by the start of next month, we aren’t missing the services of Sammy Bangoura too much.
