3 Points For Stoke To Play For (19/5/17)

3 Points For Stoke To Play For (19/5/17)

Stoke City have only 3 points left to play for in this year's battle in the Premier League.

With the games dwindling down now at the real business end of the campaign as Stoke City find themselves heading towards the end of May, sitting in 14th place in the Premier League table on 41 points, Stoke are now mathematically safe from the drop following back to back draws against West Ham United and Bournemouth and the defeat to Arsenal didn't change that.

With one win and three draws in the last ten games, manager Mark Hughes' hopes for a strong end to the campaign haven't transpired so Stoke will be wanting to close the campaign out with a victory over Southampton this weekend.

We certainly don't want to end 2016/17 with back to back defeats as we've seen too many of them already this season.
