18 Points For Stoke To Play For (14/4/17)

18 Points For Stoke To Play For (14/4/17)

Stoke City have only 18 points left to play for in this year's battle in the Premier League.

With the games dwindling down now at the real business end of the campaign as Stoke City find themselves heading towards the end of May, sitting in 13th place in the Premier League table on 36 points there is still a reason to tentatively look behind us.

Needing to go back to March 4 and the game against Middlesbrough for our last win, we've secured one more point since then but are now on a run of four defeats on the spin.

The gap to the dropzone remains eight points though so we haven't lost ground, so if we can quickly get back to getting points on the board we can ensure we don't become the side that gets sucked into the relegation battle late on.
