Premier League 2016/17 Golden Glove Battle (12/4/17)

Premier League 2016/17 Golden Glove Battle (12/4/17)

With most playing at least 31 Premier League games in the 2016/17 season, this year's Golden Glove battle could still take a twist or turn.

In contention for this year's Golden Glove are Thibaut Courtois, David de Gea, Hugo Lloris, Fraser Forster, Lee Grant and Joel Robles.

However it remains possible that Petr Cech, Tom Heaton, Artur Boruc and Victor Valdes could potentially make a late run of things - but you certainly would think it likely as that would require some unheard of end of season form from those sides.

Clearly sitting on 13 clean sheets for the campaign so far is Chelsea's Courtois and he is the clear favourite and the three most likely to challenge him would be Tottenham's Lloris on 12 and Manchester United's De Gea and Southampton's Fraser Forster who each site on 11.

Largely though there are enough games left for the table below to change so we'll just have to see what happens.

Statistics from PremierLeague.com.
