John Halls To Stay?
Assistant manager Jan de Koning says that 23 year old full back John Halls could still sign a new contract and stay at Stoke.
Halls, who has made five appearances so far this season, was transfer listed in August after he rejected a contract offer. However reports now suggest he will re-enter negotiations this week.
De Koning was quoted in The Sentinel: 'I think the situation will be sorted out by the end of the week and we are hoping he will sign when his agent comes in on Thursday. Of course we want him to sign as he is a good player and we want to keep all the best players we can at the club.'
