Man United step up chase of Begovic
Manchester United have reignited their interest in Asmir Begovic.
The current league leaders sent a scout to Bosnia to watch their 3-1 victory over Greece in their World Cup Qualfier, which Begovic played 90 minutes.
Manchester United are keen to add another goalkeeper to their squad as David de Gea, who has been inconsistent this season is struggling to fill the gloves of Edwin van der Sar between the sticks at Old Trafford.
The 6ft 5in goalkeeper has represented his country 20 times, and has been ever presents this season for the Potters this season in the Premier League.
He has kept 10 clean sheets in 30 appareances, and his top form this season has alerted top clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester City and Arsenal.
Begovic, 25, is happy there is interest in him but reaffirms his happiness at Stoke.
He told The Sentinel: "I'm pleased that the big clubs are interested in me… it means I`m doing something good…but I'm happy at Stoke because they gave me a chance to play in the Premier League.
'We will see what happens in the summer. In football you can never know 100 per cent.'
