Man of the Match against Brighton: POLL RESULT

Man of the Match against Brighton: POLL RESULT

A 3-0 thrashing of Brighton & Hove Albion saw Stoke into the quarter-finals against either Burnley or West Ham. But Vital Stoke asked you, who was your man of the match? Here are the results:

Thomas Sorensen - 4%
Marc Wilson - 13%
Danny Pugh - 4%
Ryan Shawcross - 0%
Robert Huth - 0%
Jermaine Pennant - 39%
Glen Whelan - 0%
Rory Delap - 6%
Matty Etherington - 0%
Jon Walters - 30%
John Carew - 2%
Ricardo Fuller - 0%
Kenwyne Jones - 2%
Dean Whitehead - 0%

Well it looks like Jermaine Pennant claims the award this time with Jon Walters coming in second. The winger cut in, out and through the Brighton defence and was the creative playmaker with pace and skill that posed the threats. Great performance all round from the man with afro who is always willing to have a go.
