Stoke Deadline Day: ten hours to go...

It's transfer deadline day and the final chance for Stoke to get new players in or discard some old ones.

The main news is that Tuncay is discussing terms with German club, Wolfsburg. It's no secret that the Turkish striker has wanted to leave for a while and it now looks like he'll get his chance.

Also, Abdoulaye Faye is in Glasgow discussing a possible loan move to Celtic. If that falls through then Leicester are also said to be interested.

There is no news yet on whether Ricardo Fuller has played his last game for the Potters after earlier interest from Sunderland appears to have waned.

We still seem to be interested in signing Cameron Jerome from Birmingham, although that seems dependant on the Blues signing Obafemi Martins on loan from Rubin Kazan. BBC Radio Stoke think that Ric could be used to sweeten the deal, but there is another rumour that Jerome isn't keen on a move to the Brit.

More news as we have it.....

TP mustn't let Ric leave if he doesn't get another striker in. Tuncay going is bad enough, but we can't afford for both of them to go. Interesting that there is no news on Eidur's departure yet. He's been a waste of money and would be better off our books asap.
