It's no holiday for Fuller
Ricardo Fuller has got a good excuse as to why he's going to be back late for pre-season training.
Much has been said in recent weeks about 'overpaid' footballers, but Ricardo Fuller, often the subject of negative media coverage himself, deserves some credit this time around.
The rioting in the Tivoli Gardens area of Kingston, Jamaica in May, after police were hunting for a suspected drug runner, 'Dudus' Coke, left many families homeless when their homes were burnt down - this included Fuller's grandmother and other members of his family.
Ric's now paying for the rebuilding of his family's homes and has asked the club for permission to stay a bit longer to oversee the building work.
