Shawcross Not Expecting The England Call

Ryan Shawcross has doubted his own chances of making it to the World Cup, and according to Vital England the Stoke defender is probably right, yet his time will come!

Vital England says: For me the 22-year-old has a good chance of going on and having a good England career, although I also feel that this world cup has come too soon for him - and 'probably' would have even without recent injuries...

Time is very much on his, and our, side though and further chances will come along for Ryan, assuming he does indeed miss out on South Africa anyway?

What do you think?

This is just a sample section (feel free to leave comments here and there), read the full article on this link - England - Shawcross dismissive of his chances.

Why Not? I think he has had an excellent season and is as good a cb as any in the premier.
