Diego joins the Seagulls

Stoke City midfielder, Diego Arismendi has joined Brighton on loan until the end of the season.

The League 1 side is managed by the former Spurs assistant manager and fellow Uruguayan, Gus Poyet. Diego has revealed that he was a player whom he admired when a youngster back in Uruguay for the way that he adapted to playing in England.

His first match will be live on Sky Sports next Monday evening as the Seagulls travel to Colchester United.
