Potters international round-up

Liam Lawrence has earned another place in the starting eleven for tonight's Irish international friendly against South Africa.

The match against next year's World Cup hosts will be the second cap for the Stoke midfielder but Potters' teammate Glenn Whelan has been left on the bench after playing in last weekend's 2-1 World Cup win in Cyprus.

Thomas Sorensen should be playing in Denmark's match against Albania tomorrow after being forced to sit out the 1-1 draw against Portugal on Saturday after he picked up two yellow cards in the competition.

New signing and Turkish international skipper, Tuncay, scored two goals in their 4-2 win over Estonia at the weekend and they're in action again on Wednesday against Bosnia.
