Stoke near season ticket sell-out

Stoke near season ticket sell-out

Stoke are closing in on their first ever season ticket sell-out as sales nudge the 20,000 mark.

Last season saw the Potters sell a record 19,500 season tickets for their first season in the Premier League, which was up from 16,000 in the previous season. Home sections of the ground were regularly sold-out with the remaining match-day tickets selling out quickly.

This time around it's likely to be even harder to get hold of a match-day ticket even though the club have promised to limit season ticket sales to 20,500 to ensure that at least 2,000 match-day tickets are available for those home fans who can't afford or justify the cost of a season ticket.
