Faye and Wilko to stay

Faye and Wilko to stay

Amdy Faye and Andy Wilkinson have both signed contract extensions.

Amdy joined the Potters at the start of the season from Charlton for an undisclosed fee but was only initially given a one year contract. He'll now be at the Brit until 2010 which should scotch rumours this week of a bid from Portsmouth for the Senegalese international.

Wilko has also signed an extension taking him up to 2011, following hot on the heels of Carl Dickinson - also a graduate of the Stoke Academy - who signed an extension before going off on a month's loan to Leeds a couple of weeks ago.
