Buxton in move to Owls?

Buxton in move to Owls?

Lewis Buxton appears to have played his last game for the Potters as he looks likely to sign for Sheffield Wednesday.

The defender has been on loan at Hillsborough for the last three months and the Owls are keen to offer the 25 year old a permanent deal. He's out of contract in the summer and the Potters will be pleased to get something back for the player who has found it difficult to break back into the first team since being ruled out of for most of the last two years through injury. He had made two promising starts this season but never looked likely to command a regular first team slot in the Premier League.

Hopefully a good run in the Championship will be just the thing to help Lewis rebuild his career.
