Stoke: Cardiff may now sell Ledley
Cardiff midfielder, Joe Ledley may now fall into the Potters' hands as Tony Pulis continues to chase the Welsh international.
Ledley has been Pulis' number one target since the summer, but has been thwarted by the Bluebirds' insistence that he was not for sale. The player was reported to be upset at not being given the chance to talk to the Potters and has since refused to discuss a new contract to replace his current deal which ends in the summer - effectively meaning that he can walk away for free in six months time.
This may have now persuaded Bluebirds' chairman, Peter Ridsdale to do a deal with Stoke, but he isn't going to be coming to the Brit cheaply. It had been reported that we offered £6m back in August - any new bid is likely to have to be at least that amount or even higher.
