Lawrence on comeback trail

Liam Lawrence is looking forward to a return to action following a successful operation on his ankle.

The midfielder has been out of action for the past month following his bizarre accident when he tripped over the pet labrador and fell down the stairs.

Yesterday he had a successful operation to repair some ligament damage and is aiming to be fit before the end of November.

With big home games coming up next month with the likes of Hull and West Brom coming to the Brit, we need the likes of Lawrence back in the side for these potentially winnable games.
